Privacy policy
EXTREMEPARK OÜ (the ExtremePark brand) runs two children’s attraction parks in Narva and Jõhvi and rents bouncing houses for events across Estonia. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What the request form collects
The rental request form asks for your name and phone number — we need them to call you back. You may also add an email address, the date and place of the event, the number of children and a comment.
The form does not ask for and does not store payment details or personal identification codes.
Where it goes
A request is not stored on the website. It is sent to us as an email through the mail service Resend (Resend Inc.) and arrives in our mailbox. The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc.), whose servers process the request on the way.
We use your details only to answer you and to agree the rental. We do not sell them and do not pass them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
The email with your request stays in our mailbox for as long as we may need it for the booking and for later questions about it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Protection from spam
So that nobody can flood the form, the server counts how many requests come from one sender. Instead of your IP address it keeps a one-way fingerprint of it, which cannot be turned back into an address, and deletes it after a day. The counter is stored in our database at Supabase (Supabase Inc.).
Cookies and the Meta pixel
The site itself does not need cookies. Your language choice and your answer about cookies are kept in your own browser and are not sent anywhere.
If you agree, we load the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells Meta that someone visited the page and helps us see whether our ads work. Until you agree, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your answer at the bottom of this page.
The map
The maps on the park pages are loaded from openstreetmap.org, so their servers see the address of your device. If you do not open those pages, nothing is requested.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it, and withdraw your agreement to the Meta pixel. Call or write to us on WhatsApp at +372 577 05500 — we will do it.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
